Retailers have to comply with the following stringent membership criteria. The levels are;

Silver members must have their staff accredited with Skibootpro level 1, have customizing facilities for boots and at least trim-to-fit foot beds.

Gold members have staff with Skibootpro levels 1 and 2 in each store, and customized foot bed facilities and a boot modification lab. They should have at least one member of staff with level 201. 

Platinum members have at least one staff member with level 301 in each store, as well as a majority of staff with level 1's and 2's to mentor in each shop, customized footbeds on offer and a boot modification lab.

Platinum * Platinum plus retailers have the Platinum retailer facilities plus have in-house pedorthist/podiatrist and/or a biomechanist and are 1-on-1 appointment based.
